Who we are

What this website collects

This is a static informational website. It does not use cookies, does not set identifiers in your browser, and does not ask you to create an account or submit a form. The only third-party script it loads is Cloudflare Web Analytics, described below. The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google receives the technical request data described above; Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests for profiling. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is cookieless: it does not set identifiers, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers, browser type and country, and nothing that identifies you personally.

When you load a page, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes the technical information any web server needs in order to respond to a request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and information your browser sends such as its type and language. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse, and retains it in the form of aggregated traffic statistics and short-lived security logs, as described in the Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in new tab). Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors it encounters while loading the site (Network Error Logging); those reports contain no content or identifiers beyond your IP address. We do not receive or keep individual visitor logs.

Email

If you write to one of the addresses published on this site, we will hold your message, your address and any information you include in it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where relevant, to keep a record of legal, compliance or press correspondence. Email to us is handled on our behalf by Proton AG (Switzerland), our email provider.

Legal basis and your rights

We process this information because it is necessary to operate the website and to respond to you (our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for profiling. To exercise any of these, write to legal@vallarainc.com.

Transfers

Vallara, Inc. is a United States company and our providers operate globally, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new effective date.
