Consumer platforms for independent creators.
Vallara, Inc. builds consumer platforms for independent creators: the economics, the payments infrastructure and the safety systems that let people earn directly from an audience they own.
Vallara operates PlayHouse.
An operating company for creator platforms
Vallara, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. It owns and operates consumer platforms on which independent creators publish to their own audience and are paid directly by it. The company holds the brands, the intellectual property and the operating responsibility for each platform, including its safety programme.
The company does not publish content of its own and does not hold consumer accounts. Those relationships sit with each platform, under that platform's terms.
Three things a creator platform has to get right
Direct earnings
Subscriptions, individual purchases and tips paid by an audience to the creator it follows, with the platform retaining a stated share of each transaction.
Payments infrastructure
Card acceptance through regulated processors, verified payee onboarding, and payouts to creators in the countries the platform serves.
Safety systems
Identity and age verification for every account, pre-publication and human content review, hash-matching against known abuse material, and documented processes for takedown, appeals and law enforcement.
PlayHouse
A subscription platform on which creators publish to a feed of their own subscribers and are paid directly by them. Every account, creator and subscriber, is identity- and age-verified before it can publish or pay. Operated by Vallara, Inc.
A documented safety programme
Safety is an operating function of the company, not a policy statement. The programme that runs on Vallara's platforms is documented, names its partners, and can be substantiated on request.
